Welcome to Chara Vista Cabin, a newly rebuilt modern mountain retreat, where design meets comfort. This 2 bedroom cabin has mountain views that you've been dreaming of! Our cabin is located on the peaceful side of the smokies in Wears Valley and is only a short drive away from all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Our hope is that this Smoky Mountain Retreat would be your home away from home. Enjoy a cozy place for friends and family to gather for a memorable stay in the mountains!

When you enter the cabin you will notice a full wall of large windows that show stunning views of the Smoky Mountains. This retreat is ideal for couples, families, & friends looking for a mountain getaway. Chara Vista offers its guests seclusion without being far from the area attractions! The main level features the primary suite with full bathroom, living room with gas fireplace, washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, game room, and a dining table that seats 8. There is also a deck off the main level that overlooks the mountains, making it the perfect place to spend a quiet morning drinking a cup of coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. You will also find a hot tub on this deck and a gas grill. The upper level features a loft bedroom open to the downstairs and the big windows with stunning views of the mountains, full bathroom, wellness deck, and arcade.

Other Details to Note

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) - 8 people max - No Pets - No smoking - Bears are in the area. It is not uncommon for bears to be seen on the property. Please close and lock your car doors. Place all trash in the bear-proof receptacle. - The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area. - No outside fires allowed - Access roads are steep and windy but paved.  - The Cabin is professionally cleaned every time a guest checks out and follows all the COVID cleaning protocols and maintain safety as a top priority. - The outside security camera is in place for the safety of guests and the Cabin. We absolutely loved our stay at Chara-Vista Cabin! The cabin was incredibly cozy, fun, and welcoming—truly a perfect getaway. The kids had an amazing time with all the games and activities, and the view was simply breathtaking. Every moment felt special and relaxing. Garrett and Heather were fantastic hosts—so kind, attentive, and quick to respond, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Our family of four loved the house! It was such a peaceful area, just a short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is just as beautiful as the pictures. We loved coffee on the deck, nights in the hot tub, our teenagers playing pool and working out on the loft deck. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, the gas grill and stocked kitchen made making breakfast and dinner a breeze! The neighborhood was so relaxing and quiet. Being from the Midwest and not used to mountains, getting to the house the first night after dark was not our best decision, so we would recommend a daylight initial arrival for those in our inexperienced shoes. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends. Thank you, Heather and Garrett! 5 stars!!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin, The place was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The owners were super helpful, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location for relaxing and enjoying the area. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend this cabin to anyone visiting We would definitely stay here again and plan on it down the road!

Amazing stay in Sevierville! The cabin is perfectly located right outside Pigeon Forge—just a short ride to everything. The mountain drive was a bit impressive at first since we’re not used to those roads, but after a couple of times it was super easy and part of the fun. Garett and Heather were absolutely incredible hosts—super responsive, kind, and always keeping us updated. Check-in was seamless and stress-free. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the birthday surprise they set up for my daughter with cupcakes and balloons. It was beyond thoughtful and so special for our family. The cabin was stunning—spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything we needed. You can really feel the care in every detail. We loved every minute and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend this cabin and these amazing hosts! 💕🏔️🎂

What a great place. Quite clean and well maintained. The seclusion made you feel safe, worth it. Not far from about anything you want to do. Mountains, shops and entertainment. We stayed in the cabin allot more than we planned. Felt extremely comfortable. Great deck, fantastic view and plenty of room to move around.

Look no further for your perfect mountain stay! Garrett’s space is exactly how pictured, a beautiful quiet setting in the mountains. We enjoyed all aspects of the cabin. The upstairs loft was perfect for our kids. They loved having their own space and so many games to play. The enjoyed the deck with hot tub and more games. Everything you could need is provided in the kitchen. The cabin was perfectly clean and so beautiful! We hope to be back some day.

We had the best time at this beautiful cabin. Nestled into the most perfect mountain setting, it delivered the “wow” factor the moment we arrived, just like the photos promised! It’s incredibly private, yet only a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was full of games and activities that kept our whole family entertained, and the host truly thought of everything—down to the Tupperware! They had great communication. Check in and out was incredibly easy. We felt extremely safe with our young children and would absolutely love to come back again! What a blessing to have the opportunity to spend time together here! 10/10

Highly recommend this cabin! From our first inquiry to checkout, communication with the hosts was the best we’ve ever experienced. We are a family of four who came to celebrate our daughters’ birthdays, and this place was absolutely perfect for our 8-year-old girls. It had everything we were looking for—beautiful views, cozy furniture, a hot tub, and arcade games. The kids especially loved the loft with their own queen-size bunk beds, plus the wall games and pool table were huge hits. The cabin was stocked with thoughtful touches like laundry pods and dryer sheets, and the size was just right for our family. The location was decent - 10 mins to Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. We arrived after dark, and the curvy road was a little intimidating at first, if we’d arrived during the day it might have been easier for us initially, but we are also not used to roads like this. The hosts made it clear ahead of time what to expect and provided everything we needed and more.
